hey pplz! ok! if u wanna lose weight theres actually a soda u can drink! Gingerale! i looked on the ingredints and it says it contains citric acid, which most of u know helps by dissolving food and stuff! ive been drinking tons - well not tons but at least 1 cup a day 4 2 weeks and ive lost like 5lbs, and kept it off! just a little timbit 4 yall!

but soda can
1. up your blood sugar
2.with it your risk of diabetes and heart problems (ect)
3.get really nasty after a while

wow soda really? i heard that soda stores all the water in your body and you need water you should drink 8 bottles a day ( which i could never do) but wow i will so go for it lol thats really cool!
