im adding to prev msgI hav like 3 big bowls of my fav food food each day ice cream and u saw how u have to run 10 miles to bun it off so i have to run 210 a week when i barely run 1 mile a month so think of the build up.....i cant lean cause my legs are so fat and my stomach is like bout the size of 3 bowling bowls together and i wear size xxl in adults! and its still soo tight! i m near 200 but more like 240 so yeah... email legomaster973@netscape.net or aim at kachinglover1471 i need a buddy!

HEY MAX I MAY NOT BE JUST LIKE U BUT I THINK I CAN HELP:).A GOOD WAY 4 U 2 GET IN SHAPE IS TO EAT ONLY GREEN VEGTABLES.U CAN ONLY EAT TURKY AS U'R MEAT EVERY NOW AND THEN U CAN HAVE CHICKEN.BUT NO FRIED FOODS,NO SUGAR FOODS,NO FLAVORD DRINKS(INCLUDING JUICES).IF U GET TIRED OF EATING VEGGIES MIX THEM UP ADD SPICES.EVEN JUST HELPING WITH THE COOKING MAKES IT FUN TO BE ON A DIET!!!NOW DO 50 SIT UPS EVERY NIGHT AND 40 JUMPING JACKS EVERY NIGHT.DO THIS 4 ABOUT A MONTH U SHOULD BE LOOSEING WEIGHT IF U STUCK 2 U'R DIET.AND NEVER LET U'R SELF GET BOARD.MAKE U'R DIET FUN SO U DONT LOOSE INTREST AND STRAY FROM U'R DIET.JUST KEEPING U'R MIND ACTIVE CAN KEEP U'R BODY FIT.I'LL BE HERE WITH U.I MIGHT CHECK IN ON U.:>.
