heyy im tryin to get rid of 10 lbs ASAP!!!!! everyone says just to eat right and exercise well thats wut i've been doin and its not getting me where i want to be. if anyone has a written out breakfast, lunch,& dinner schedule i would be extremely greatful, i don't have an e-mail adress so if u could just put it on the bulletin board that would be great!!!!!! thnx a buch

another thing that always helps. try becoming a vegetarian( i am) and you will start to eat right. its pretty hard at first but now its no big deal at all!

heres a good plan for all your meals
breakfast: limit 400 cal
lunch: limit 500 cal
snack: limit 150 cal
dinner:limit 600-700 cal
snack: limit 60 cal
