I am 5ft 4 inches and i weigh 132 pounds I am planning to go to 115 but my parents said that's unhealthy they say i should only go between 123-125 I don't know if they are right or wrong?

The healthy weight range for your height and age is 87 to 128 pounds (40 to 58 kilograms). This range corresponds to a BMI between the 5th and 85th percentiles for your age and sex.
Note: If you are very muscular this calculator is not accurate.

By the way no! my parents are not overweight my mom is 5 ft 7inches and weighs 139 pounds my dad who is 6ft tall used to be overweight but lost 80pounds in the last two years by dieting and running a lot thanks for your supportt!

You know what they say? They say 100 pounds for the first 5 feet and 5 pounds per inch after that (at the very least!!), so your parents are correct.

Look, you according to the weight cal-q-later, you are only AT RISK of becoming overweight. You are only 8 lbs. overweight. If you ask me, I think you'll just grow out of it. If you're parents are overweight, then eventually in your life YOU will be overweight, too. But for right now, I dont think you should have to diet or anything else like that.
