I weigh 154 pounds. My 11 year old aunt And I { that weighs 158 pounds}have been trying to lose weight butit never works, Help us lease

What you need to do is eat healthy food and stay away from places like Mcdonalds and Burger King and other fatty foods. Also try to get in some exercise like walking, jump roping, riding bikes and jogging. Good luck!

To lose weight all you have to do is try to cut out snacking between meals, try to exercise atleast half an hour a day and try to eat lots of fruit (not junk food). Hope you are doing ok.

All I can say is (WATCH WHAT YOU EAT AND EXERCISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I need to do the same,so don't wory.
