I am deppressed all the time and I become more and more fatter and heavier. What can i do? I'm deppressed ALL the time and I have tryed everything out and I gain more than I can chew!please help me!Why am I so depressed all the time?thankyou!

Sweetheart, drink plenty of water. Cut down on some of those "fatty" stuff. Eat salads with low-fat dressing. Believe me they can be pretty good!!! Have one of those low-fat bars instead of the chocolate bars. Be sure you have a healthy dinner every day! Just cut down and the "quantity" of food you eat. Don't eat to get "full". Eat to satisfy your hungry and no more! Exercise everday or every other day. Perhaps keeping a calendar to write down the exercise you're doing and the length of time you exercise. Set a goal...maybe "to loose 5 lbs" in a month. Then once you reach it set ANOTHER goal for 5 more lbs. If you don't reach your goal then try it again! Don't give up! Remember to DRINK A LOT OF WATER...VERY VERY IMPORTANT especially if you're exercising!!!
If you're depressed you should definitely talk to your parents!! Tell them that you're SAD all the time but want to be HAPPY! Maybe, you should set that goal as well. Talk to your parents and see what they think about, about you talking to a Nutrionist and/or a counselor or therapist. You should SERIOUSLY consider it. well i'm really active and I do alot of sport!!!!! I don't got a dog so i can't take it 4 a walk thanx 4 the advise!

hi i've been trying out a diet and I've lost a bit of wate so here it is:-
b-fast-ceral
lunch-fruit
dinna-a healthy dinna (I no u hate pasta and spagetti!)like... those currys from sainsburys that take 10 mins to cook in microwave!
neva eat after 6pm and drink water or flavored water
and do plenty of exersize!!!!

are you active? maybe you can get help from a dietician. start moving. sign up for karete or sumthing. I take it It helps be active and keep weight off. IF you can take the dog on a walk take it.
