Hi i am peter an i am 4ft 7in and i weigh 250lbs, most of the time i just fell short of breath, One time I ate 4 big macs in one hepling, Plese hepl me.

Listen, I know those burger are yummy but should stay away from them. You should thin of those burger as your enemy! I know it's hard but how can you resist! Some places have what's called a veggie burger. I actually has a burger in the sandwich but it's fat free. Yes, it's actually true! I don't think they have them at fast food resturants but they may have them a dine in restuarants...anyhow, you shouldn't be eating more than one. Try eating "one" burger and a Gardan salad with low-fat dressing. Try having popcorn (non-butter) for snack. Drink lots of water, don't forget! It's very very very IMPORTANT.
Another thing, if you haven't already, talk to your parent about seeing a "Nutritionist". This is a doctor that can help with your weight problem.

If you crave fattening foods,ask your parents to buy you fat free snacks.Fat free pudding is delicious! Try to walk at least a mile a day,or if that's tooboring, dance or swim for half an hour.Don't give up!After a while you'll notice that your loosing weight!

Hey!I'm overweight myself and I haven't lost any weight,but I think I could help you. Breakfast:1 bowl of Kellogg's Special K with Skim milk and a banana(or any kind of fruit) Lunch-A turkey sandwich (no dressing or mayo at all),an apple or banana(or any kind of fruit),and any veggie. Dinner-Have a small portion of what ever your family has-just no fastfood like McDonalds,if your family does go,just get a salad..they are SO good! Here's a sample of a good dinner: 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast A salad w/ light dressing and a roll. Snacks-fruits and veggies Water-at least 8 glasses Exersise-Go for a 30-60 minute walk everyday or jump rope for about 15 mins..or whatever.. Tip:DONT DRINK SODA (OR POP)!! and..When you really want to eat yucky stuff like cake,potato chips,ice cream,a hamburger etc..just think of how greasy and yucky they are..think of eating fruits or veggies instead..they r clean and they'll make u lose weight and stuff that's bad for you can clog ur ateries and kill u and they r just yucky stuff.. lol..
