ok i hate to bother u all but i wanna know if what i ate and what i am going to eat is good 4 a healthy weight loss. So, breakfast:wheat cerial, a little oj=160 cals (about) Snack: pickle, hot chocolate=110 cals Lunch:peanut butter and fluff=about 240 cals Snack: ranch wheat thins= about 150 cals Dinner: fish, veggies, potatoes= 500 cals. I added that up and it equals 1160 cals. I know i have to eat a little more to get past 1200 cals, so i will eat a lot of veggies and maybe have some fruit after. How did and how am i doing?????? plz post! Good luck to all!!! thankz again! ~jenn~

fluff is this fat free marshmellow stuff that u could put on sanwitches. it only has about 60 or 70 cals. it is really good!!
