keep a spiral and write down what you ate and how many calories and at the end of the day add it up and if its at your goal then you already have a start.

hey okay,
wat ya have to do is just eat nothing but pretein, veggies, fruit juice, water n some meat okay n ull be fine also to get ur self involved in some sport would be good. imm not really over wieght but i like to help people who have problems. im sorry if wat i tell u doesnt work but im sur it will n remeber it doesn't happen in a week or a month try like 4 to 6 months okay its not instant. kk bubi n good lick email me if u need anything on whipped_marshmallow23@hotmail.com
