I hate my life. Whenever I meet new people all I think about is oh my god they must think I am so fat. Well I am 5'6 and weigh 200 pounds. I do not eat a lot and I love to play sports. But when I look in the mirror all I see is fat fat fat. People tell me I am so pretty but I just need to lose alot of weight. I just wish I was skinny...I hate my self so much...PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Listien sometimes it takes time to sit back and realize that you have to get up and do what you want to do.. Its Hard trust me I am 18 and fighthing weight issues.. But I know it was time for me to get up and help myself. So i did. I went on the South Beach Diet and lost 16 pounds. thats not a lot but its a start. i still fell crappy about my weight. but just remeber big or small you are still a person. So if u are going to get up don't do it for others do it for yourself. Just don't forget don't give up its the hardest thing..

well winding about it isn't going to help you lose the weight. The best thing to do is get athletic. But if you hate sports and showing your body off in front of people,then get workout videos like Pilates or Tae bo they have many different kinds to choose from. Also not eating lots of junk food could help you lots and water instead of coke can help too. But don't get frustrated when you aren't losing weight in like 5 days it takes time. look im the same im 12 years old 5'6 and weigh 200 lbs. i lost 10 ibs by not eating past 8 and not eating cand y and chocolate hope it works! and if it does put it on th bulletin board KK?

hey dude well im the same hight and i was 200 pounds now im like 195 all i did was like run for 10 minutes and walk for 20 on the treadmill or outside i just ate when i was hungry but sometimes i couldnet help myself so i ate a lot and like i do 100 curnches a day so like make a chart of what excersices you want to do that what i did and it help me

don't hate your life just because you think you're fat! besides, your not like me. when people see me, they're obviously thinking "OHMYGOD he's HUGE!!!!!". but it's not because im extremely fat or anything, im just really really tall and really heavy for my age. im 5'11 and 215lbs! i actually enjoy being bigger than everyone in my grade (not the overweight part, but just being so much bigger than anyone else is pretty cool) and it stops me from being invisible (which i would be if i were shorter), but anyway, 5'6 and 200lbs is not very fat, and people wont see you and think "youre SO fat" because youre not. but if it really is ruining your life (or were you just in a bad mood, because i hate my life too at times), than just dont get any heavier and youll grow into your weight. and if you dont, then excersise and eat less, and you should lose weight.
