You dont have to stop eating all sweets n' junk food!! You can have a few chips that are low in fat or popcorn is a good idea bc its healthy just look for the one that has less butter. And you dont have to drink only water there a drink called "fruit 2 O" it contains no calories or sugar or anythin!!! its just like water but tastes better!!

Well if you want to loose weight the first thing you need to do is eliminate all sweets and junk food from your diet and replace them with fruits and veggies which are a much healthier choice. Secondly replace all sodas and juices with water (Not flavored water becuse it's high in sugars) and thirdly you need lots fo exercise daily and taking up a sport of some sort might be a good idea
