this is what my deit plan looks like i want to give you some ideas: for breakfast I eat a bowl of "Special K" cereal with low fat milk. For luch have a salad or a sandwich with lots of veggies(salad,tomatoes)noo butter. After school have another small meal try "lean Cusine" int he freeze section of your food store. Eat a normal dinner but in a smaller amount after that if your still hungry have a yogurt"light n' fit, Dannon" or better yet some fruit! good luck
