HI AM PAIGE I AM 12 AND 235LBS BUT I CAN NOT LOSE WEIGHT I HAVE TRIED SOME DIETS BUT NOT ALL IF ANY1 CAN HELP ME BOUT A DIET PLZ HELP I AM 5'6 AND WEIGH THAT MUCH I WANT TO GET IT OFF! i am overweight,but i am trying very hard to lose right now.the problem is that I kept overeating.and i keep getting called fat boy at school,and i hate it. that and the risk of dying at age 20 is what keeps me on this diet.i used to never stay on my diets,but now i do.and do not call yourself ugly again.if u ever want to talk sometime e-mail me.(player266@zwallet.com)my name is shawn and i am 12

me and my 12 year old son read this and it broke my heart you are a beautiful person anyway.my son is 12 and overwight he weighs 238.but we all are beautiful people.loseing weight is a very hard thing to do but if you work really hard and have confidence in yourself you can do it.keep on trying and dont give up

Don't worry ,
You need to believe in yourself. I thnk if you believe you can do it you can. Just don't eat junk food, drink lots of water and get lots of exercise, even if you only do it for 30mins that ok but you need to stick to it.

Aw, dont be so hard on yourself. Wow your reallie tall for 12! 5' 6"! Kool, Im 5' 7" but yeah I've been this height since I was 13. Anyway, try small things, like walk the dog, or borrow a neighbors if you dont own one. Try knee lifts, while watching television, or my favorite, PILATES.. oh yeah thats the best. Firstly i dont think that you should judge your self so badly because you probly dont look as bad as you feel.Im on a diet wear we just eat fruit or speacil k for breackfast and some sort of protien for lunch and for dinner something like a chicken salad, also try and just stik to water instead of fizzy drinks. Finally try and get 20 minits exersise a day. Good luck
