This will guarantee you are excersizing. stand up and do twnty jumping jacks! motivate yourself, and think of how good you will look soon! now, try twenty situps! Hungry? go grab a salad, but remember, the serving size of the salad dressing is one capful.if you like alot of dressing on your salad, take less salad, notmore dressing. don't like leafy greens? make a white egg! Or try some milk! Or a tasty washed fruit! go ahead, and post when you are done so i see how many people are trying this. if you are hungry during the website workout, tell me what you have eaten. i'll try to make more if i know people are trying this!

Workout? Twenty jumping jacks and twenty sit ups is HARDLy a workout. I just got back from jump rope camp. We jumped more than 8 hours for three days in a row. THAT'S a workout...
