Ht. 5'1", Start: 132 lb, Today: 136 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Ok....so Im very active (i play soccer(travel 1 team) ride horses and always hang out with my friends)...and im still fat....im not supper fat but...i want to be..not skinny but more fir and healthy....i want to lose like 13 lbs....i go to a gym and have apersonal trainer. It's help and ive lose 10 lbs. I also ran a half marathon (13 miles) with my BFF...but i still can't seem to lose anymore weight....i do eat junk food and don't eat vegies....if anyone has tips on how to lose weigh i'll take it but also if anyone has any great healthy recipies i'll take thouse too.....HELP PLEZZ

personally, u arent that overweight, and i think u have lots of muscle, not fat...just dont eat lots of sweets!
