Hi its me alex again i just wanna tell ask yall sumthing im going to a family reunion on jan.15 and i was wondering if there was a way i could lose about 20 pounds by that ~Alex~

Hi! I just wanna say that losing 20 pounds in a month and a half is kind of tough, but if you try you will reach it. First, eat HALF of everything you eat. Don't eat if you're not hungry. Next, whenever you go out to eat share with someone and instead of drinking a soda drink water. Also, when you go out to eat, eat a salad so you get somewhat full. Each day you should also run for about 20-30 minutes a day. If you have a treadmill run on that for about 15 minutes then go outside. There's also this diet where you only eat fruits for a week i think. Then you lose about 5 pounds.
