I need to lose like 4 stone because its all fat. I have saggy boy boobs and a big stomach covered in stretch marks. I got made fun of bad yesterday when I went swimming and I just want to be the same size as my friends. They're all like 10 or 11 stone and the same sort of height. Help. (Note: 14 st 2 is 198 lb.)

I have to wear my trousers under my belly now as its too big and I haven't had new ones. My old ones are 44s. Even breathing in I can't get them to close around my belly. I don't have anything to measure though. I can't bend over properly which makes it hard to put on socks and shoes. Its hard to reach around to my back for the loo. I can't run and I find walking hard.
