Ht. 5'1", Start: 121 lb, Today: 121 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Sorry its me again... i am fat and i don't eat vegitables. I need to lose weight but i don't know what to do. I always get made fun of and don't feel comfortable in my own skin. I need some exersizes that are simple and quick but will help me lose weight. ANYTHING WILL HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey, i know exactly how you feel. I spend most of the time on google looking for some type of weight loss tip that will work and never find anything! well i have the same problem as you but i am 14 and weigh 140. my weight decreses a lot but not much. but what i do is i swim a lot!. i dont eat as much as i used to and i feel good until i look in the mirror. of course your not gonna like what you see but u gotta deal w/ it until u lose some weight. i suggest maybe writing down ur meals and planning what u will eat for that day and sticking to it. thats what i do and usually look at the carbs. i cant eat much fruit and vegetables because our family most of the time cant afford it. soo i guess u should maybe play around outside with a pet, swim, go for runs w/ ur friends and good luck to u.. =]

hi jeny. i know its hard to know thta ur overweight, but think about it,and say "i will be happy when i loose some weight" also, eat healthy foods, and to make excersising fun by doing it as a game, or with friends.
