Ht. 4'5", Start: 146 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 82 lb - I know i am overweight for my age. I keep a mini fridge in my room and little boxesstored with junk food like chips, popcorn and hotdogs. I hate physical exercise i get really out of breath when i try to run and my stomach is real massive and wobbly like jelly. I spend about 5 or 6 hours watching tv and snacking ilove video games aswell.

Take the fridge out of your room along with all the junk food.

Instead of having the mini fridge as a junk fridge, why dont you make it a healthy fridge, and only put healthy foods in it. My mom was going to get me one of those, and only put healthy food in it, and make me eat only things out of it, instead of in the regular fridge what my other family members eat. ask your mom to hide all that bad stuff. Take away your tv time. Hide the junk food and the video games. Outta sight, outta mind
