Ht. 151 cm, Start: 60 kg, Today: 62 kg (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 45 kg - I've been trying so hard to lose weight but my mum just feeds me more I've started throwing my school lunches in the bin and pretending I've eaten it but it's not working. All my friends are skinny and i just want to lose weight.  (Note: 151 cm, 62 kg is 4'11", 136 lb.)

My mom does the same thing but try to ask your mom if she doesn't feed you as much or if she doesn't do that only eat most of the food and throw the rest of it away or save it for the next day. Try to cut out most foods you eat. For me it's chips every day I would eat them then my mom stopped me I did end up losing a lil weight and trust me it was so hard but I eventually got used to it and I'm not that type of person so I believe that if I could do it you can to. Also try not to cut out a whole meal or skip them because it will make you gain weight, slowly but surely so try eating less of it instead.

Skipping meals is not healthy and can cause your metabolism to slow down more leading to more weight gain.
