Ht. 151 cm, Start: 60 kg, Today: 62 kg (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 45 kg - I've been trying so hard to lose weight but my mum just feeds me more I've started throwing my school lunches in the bin and pretending I've eaten it but it's not working. All my friends are skinny and i just want to lose weight.  (Note: 151 cm, 62 kg is 4'11", 136 lb.)

Skipping meals is not healthy and can cause your metabolism to slow down more leading to more weight gain.
