Ht. 5'8", Start: 243 lb, Today: 246 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I just filled this out two days ago, but I managed to gain three whole pounds in between those days. It makes me so sad because I just want to be skinny and pretty, but no matter what I do, I can’t stop eating. I eat when I’m bored, I eat when I’m sad, I eat all the time. I love food, but I really want to lose weight. This whole quarantine is making me gain weight even quicker than when I was in school, and I’m afraid that when we go back to school, everybody will notice how much fatter I’ve become. I especially dread having to do PE again. I tried on the jeans I wear for school the other day, because I was going on a a walk, and they were super tight! I had to tug a lot before they could even get over my thighs. The next day I tried on the shirts I wore last summer, since it’s getting hot again, and they could barely button and I felt my thighs and belly being squished. I really need some help losing weight, because it just keeps climbing!

I have the same problem of not being the weight I want to be and it sucks but try to cut out some of the foods. For me it was chips every day I would eat them and I gained so much weight from it then my mom stopped me and it was really hard on me then eventually I got used to it and lost a lil bit of weight. And trust me I'm not that type of person so I believe if I can do it you can do it too. So remember cut out lil snacks you eat every day and try doing the 7-minute workouts from Meredith Shirk on you tube they are really simple and easy exercises. I really hope this helps!

How did you gain 3 pounds in 2 days? We're you maybe wearing different clothes that could effect your weight?

That's such a rapid gain. What do you normally eat? I'm in kind of the same problem as you thanks to pizza.
