Ht. 5'6", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 100 lb - Hi my name is zarahi ( its okay if you cant pronounce it its normal, just call me Sarah or bob Ross) I did the weight check in already and it said I was at a normal weight but i still wanna loose some pounds because i wanna be able to run without having to huff and puff because of my weight. I feel like I'm fat ana it's not healthy what I eat so I wanna live as long as I can so the first step would be to loose weight. I do play sports like softball and I'm gonna try out for volleyball at school but still I wanna be able to be healthy or take off my shirt in public and not be embarrassed so this is why I'm on this site. My teacher recommended this site to our class so here I am, I wish everyone the beat of luck on their journeys as well!:) we can do this yall!

Hey! I’m Sophie I’m 5”3 and 128 pounds, my goal is 100 pound as well, but I think you should probably aim for 110+ . I can make a plan for the both of us, and we can go through it together. What do u say?
