Ht. 5'9", Start: 172 lb, Today: 212 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - Help! I posted something on here a few months ago, saying I was fat. Well, I jut went to my doctor last week, and I gained 40 pounds since I was last weighed, in October! I just feel really fat, and summer is coming up so I’ll be exposing myself at pools and beaches. I try to diet, but I just cave in and eat junk.
