Ht. 5'2", Start: 155 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 110 lb - OMG!!! i gained 10 pounds... im so sad. but a lot of people say it might be muscle cause ive been exercising alot lately. I bike at least 30 minutes to 2 hours a day and i walk home from school. I bmx bike mostly. I (used to)eat a lot of sugary, calorie high foods but now im stopping that. A lot of people say if i stop eating high calorie foods ill lose weight pretty fast because i get WAYYYY more exercise than 75% of my friends. Yesterday i biked for 4 hours straight. I'm going to try the special k diet for a week or two and see how that goes. And during winter vacation im going to take 2 to 3 days to do the detox diet.

most of my friend are skinny but its fun espically the guys in my class they joke around with me and its not fat jokes
