Ht. 5'4", Start: 164 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 100 lb - HEY WELL I HAVE 2 PROBLEMS:
1ST: TODAY I HAVENT EATEN NOTHING ALL DAY AND IM REALLY HUNGRY BUT PARENT DONT WANNA BUY FOOD WHAT DO I DO?
2ND:I WANNA LOSE WEIGHT LIKE BY NEW YEARS! ANY TIPD OR EASY IDEAS TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST!

I'm deffinately not an expert on weight loss but I do know that long distance running burns a lot of calories. Maby try running 3/4 of a mile every other day in addition to a healthy diet. Good luck!
