Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I am very over weight I need help and a friend if you have any advice ?

You could trying cutting down the amount of food you eat. 3500 calories is about 1 pound. If you dropped 500 calories a day, in a week you could lose a pound. You could also drop 1000 to lose 2 pounds in a week.

I love to help! You can start a diet. I am doing a keto diet. you can look it up, but, if you need advice. Look out for the Carbs. thay can make you fat, and un hethey. Wach out for Suger too. Oh, and stay away from breads,paset,and stuff with Carbs. It is good to stay Hethey. Oh, and I will love to be your friend. Some times everyone needs one. hope to chat with you on the chat soon!
