Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I am very over weight I need help and a friend if you have any advice ?

It sucks being overweight but try to cut out some of the foods. For me it was chips every day I would eat them and I gained so much weight from it then my mom stopped me and it was really hard on me then eventually I got used to it and lost a lil bit of weight. And trust me I'm not that type of person so I believe if I can do it you can do it too. So remember cut out lil snacks you eat every day and try doing the 7-minute workouts from Meredith Shirk on you tube they are really simple and easy exercises. I really hope this helps! You could trying cutting down the amount of food you eat. 3500 calories is about 1 pound. If you dropped 500 calories a day, in a week you could lose a pound. You could also drop 1000 to lose 2 pounds in a week.

I love to help! You can start a diet. I am doing a keto diet. you can look it up, but, if you need advice. Look out for the Carbs. thay can make you fat, and un hethey. Wach out for Suger too. Oh, and stay away from breads,paset,and stuff with Carbs. It is good to stay Hethey. Oh, and I will love to be your friend. Some times everyone needs one. hope to chat with you on the chat soon!
