Ht. 5'0", Start: 116 lb, Today: 116 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 105 lb - Hi.
So I'm in grade six and I want to loose some weight and get more muscular before graduation in June I have a plan but I keep pushing it off, any tips to help that, gonna try and start tmrw morning, tips? Also just any help and advice you can give will be VERY helpful. HELP, also thanks

It sucks being overweight but try to cut out some of the foods. For me it was chips every day I would eat them and I gained so much weight from it then my mom stopped me and it was really hard on me then eventually I got used to it and lost a lil bit of weight. And trust me I'm not that type of person so I believe if I can do it you can do it too. So remember cut out lil snacks you eat every day and try doing the 7-minute workouts from Meredith Shirk on you tube they are really simple and easy exercises. I really hope this helps! Hey, I'm Ayden and I have some very similar goals to achieve. I'm the same height as you and a similar weight. I'm mildly overweight according to the calculator on here but I'm much slower than I used to be, and exercise feels too uncomfortable. Also, I eat eggs in the morning salad for lunch then whatever when I get home...
