ok let me make this clear to everyone. I weigh over 150 pounds, all my friends are skinny, and to top that all off nothing is working! I run in my basement i only have 2 sweets per week. I drink like 5 botlles or more of water in a day i do crunches what else can i do?

Remember it takes time to loose weight the diet you have is very good. You should run 4 about 20 min each day and don't forget to lift weights ans strech too.

drinking all that water will make u gain weight even if your not eating as much because you will have too muc water weight

you can run around in your basement 50 times per day running or joging and tell me if this works.!
