Ht. 5'7", Start: 124 lb, Today: 256 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I don't know what to do with my life I've tried eating right, exercise, and one time even tried to kill myself. I just don't understand why this keeps happening to me with all this lifting weights and the sit ups countless pushups. Guys yesterday I had to get a size 53 pair of pants and the bad thing is I could barely fit them. Please tell me what to do

You should exersize daily. Cut the fast food. And even though that may seem hard, if you actually put in the effort, you will get better, and eventually get the body you want
