So you want to lose about 85 lbs? Well I suggest that you quite on fast food. Don't eat more then 2,000 calories a day. AND! Do not ever say to your self, "Well maybe I will just eat a lot once." Because your just going to repack on the pounds. And run everyday. Start out with maybe 1 mile a day or every other day. And maybe gat some of your friends or family to do it with you. You don't have to tell them why just ask, "Hey Sam will you go for a quick 1 mile run with me?" I hope I gave you good tips!
