Try eating 1600 calories a day. Start off with a healthy breakfast like some cereal. But watch out!
Many people make the common mistake of putting far too much cereal in their bowls. To be sure you don't make this unhealthy mistake, look on the Nutrition panel of the box and look at the top and find the place where it says serving size. Usually the serving size calls for 1/2 a cup or 1/3 a cup. and then it normally tells you how much milk to put in. If you buy a lunch that day, try to find the healthiest thing being served, and if there aren't any healthy things, then pack your lunch. Yes I know it sounds hard plain and boring. You're probably thinking "But you never get to eat anything good when you pack a lunch" but actually it can be better than school bought lunch. Be creative
put in a 100 calories pack. use some light bread with turkey, ham and light mirical whip(not mayonaise) with some mustard on it. Throw in your favorite flavored Caprisun, a cheese stick with reduced fat, are you gettin what im sayin?? Now dinner, usually your mom or dad or gaurdianor sistter or brother make dinner and you all eat together right? Well to eat healthy you don't need to eat something completely different from everybody else. Just have a little bit of each thing. Or you cab talk to the person in charge of dinner and ask if they can make healthier dinners. Also eat small healthy snacks throughout the day like apples or cheese sticks, preferably 2 sncks a day. Also, you should talk to your family and get them to ll pitch in and go on a family diet. Because if you re eting unhealthily, chances are Its because your family isn't use to eating healthy either which is probably why you don't normally eat healthily. And look up on google this book trust me you won't regret it. "The Diet for Teenagers Only". peace n love heather
