Just remember how far you've come and how much better you feel for getting as far as you have and just imagine how much better you'll feel once you reach your final goal. And just remember what Dory always says "Just keep swimming, Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming" :);)

First off, if I have my conversions right, you're 5ft 4in and according to your today measurement you weigh about 126 pounds and that is not overweight, in fact that is within a healthy weight range, but if you want to lose a little more to reach your goal of 55kg then I have some advice for you. To start, so that you know that I can understand where you're coming from weight-wise I'll give you the brief version of my story. I'm also 5'4" and while I now weigh 110lbs (49.9kg) I used to weigh 150lbs (68kg). My biggest tip would be to COUNT YOUR CALORIES EVERYDAY (even weekends, holidays, birthdays, EVERY SINGLE DAY!!). That's the most important tip I could possibly give anyone trying to lose weight. Apart from that, you know your body and how it (and your weight) reacts to certain foods and types of foods. For me I find that too much sugar and my stomach bloats a couple inches and my weight goes up as much as two or three pounds (literally) overnight. I suggest using the MyFitnessPal APP it helped me to achieve my most recent 8lbs lost after being stuck in the same weight rut you're in at about 126lbs. Without the app I don't know that I could've broken out of the rut. Also, make sure you stick to the daily calorie limit the app sets for you when you put in the information. You might feel hungry the first couple of days or so but drink plenty of water and after that your body will adjust and you'll even find yourself having to force yourself to eat to meet your calorie requirements. Feel free to post again if you want more specific advice on anything:)
