Hi!! I'm 11 years old and I weight 127 my mom tries to put me on diets and my dad takes me running and I cheer and the fat just stays there what to do. Plzzzzzzzz!!!!! Comment!!!!!!

You might be eating more calories than you burn.Just start by cutting what you eat in half, exercise at least 1 hour a day,drink at least 2 litres of water per day, eat lots of fruits & vegetables & be very patient
to get your results. If you do this you would easily lose weight.
