Exercising 4 times a week and I have updated the lose it app ( thanks to Jessica 20) I am still above 300lb and still really fat but I am getting there. I have still been eating quite a lot but not as much as I did. Thanks for all the advice and I will keep going ion my journey. I hope to lose this weight and bece slimmer about better

Amy that's has happened to me at times I put wrong w.t. goals!! I'm glad you re improving! the portion control takes a while tackle! keep going don't give up! I'm I could help!!

I meant 372.4 lbs not 172.4 lbs
