Hi I wanted some advice on diet. I already have this great exercise tape but I don't know what to do with my diet. I tried 3 or 4 diets I found online but they always seem to leave me feeling like I am straving myself. I just need a few tips on what I should do or tell me if you went on a diet that didn't leave you feeling hungry? Please I really need these tips.

well i dont eat nething before dinner except water...and this doesnt leave me hungry because my portions used to be food that was enough for like 2 days. drink lots of water!! it washes away they fat. Hope i helped u. -L3yAn!z

Hey, Okay im 5'1 and 3 guarters and i weigh 175.5 lbs. I was at my grandmas house yesturday(christmas day) and i told her i was disgusted with my weight i wish i could get down to last 130lbs. WELL she gave me this book about controlling weight and she has been on it and she lost 50lbs already!!! she weighed 200lbs now she only weighs 150 and she keeps losing it!!! The book she gave me talks about the south beach diet. maybe you could look it up online. Also my mom bought a weight loss book signed by Doctor Phil, maybe you should check those books out

the best advise i would give you to lose weight is to eat more protein because your body needs more nutrients and the more muscle you have that comes from protein the fater your metabolism is and if you starve yourself your body will start getting your energy from your cardio and muscle also eat more fat because it helps you grow but not normal fat like the one found in hamburgers these fats have to be found in omega 3 which is found in cold water fish there are even some vitamins that contain these fats but do not forget that you have to eat friuts and veggetables and exercise at least three times a week and for one hour.

Well you could you try making snacks from fruit like frit smoothies ,fruit cabobs, theres so many snack ideas out there you should look online for fruit snack ideas.
