Ht. 145 cm, Start: 67 kg, Today: 72 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 45 kg - I'm super fat. My obesity is just getting worse. I am 72 Kg and I'm 12 all my skinny friends are like 37 and 45 Kgs or something. I need help and fast. If I don't, I'll probably be the fatst girl in NSW!  (Note: 145 cm, 72 kg is 4'9.1", 158.733 lb.)

oh my goodness Scarlett, 733 lbs at 12 I want you to know, u can get the w.t. off!! take it slow, mainly u want to start walking start like 5-10,. min,. u 'll get there!! I want you to enjoy the teen years, sweet girl!! that means enjoy shopping with friends, going to asument parks, going to rides, swimming at the beach lake or pool, + be comfortable in your own skin,.! if there re no water bottles in your house u can one in the stores,. take it easy ask doctors what is a good healthy w.t. for my h.t. frame, bone type,. body type,.. your re going to be a very attrite young woman in a few years!!<.

Do you play a sport? Just try and cut down on how much food you eat. Don't starve yourself but don't eat all the time. Maybe just breakfast lunch and dinner, small snack if your hungry but good luck!
