HELPPPPPPP!I need to lose weightand therr isn't anything or body to help me. i weigh 198 lbs. and next year i am going to be in junior high and I AM THE TYPE WHO LOVESSSS BOYSSSSS!please help me!!!!!!

usually if you have a high self esteem(feeling better about yourself) you are most likely to lose weight... hey i lost 5 lbs today!!!!

i luuuuv boyz 2, but u should have listed ur height so we can get an idea of exactly how u look n how we can help u...n like "kelsi" im in 7th grade n i weight 125-130 but im also 5 foot 7, making me unoverweight. if i was 5 foot 1, i would be considered overweight. just remember height makes a biq difference!!!

Hey now- what you need to do is calm down. Just take it easy. Exercise and eat right. I am in 7th grade, and i am around 125-130. I am planning to be the normal weight of a 12-14 year old, which is 115 pounds. I have lost about 2 pounds already just by exercising. I have also cut back on the candy and the sweetz.
