Hi, I'm a child (nearly 11) and really need help. I occasionally get bullied at school and ignore it but enough is enough. I want to lose weight. I am 146 lbs and would appreciate it if you offered some support. thanks.

Do you eat because of sadness?
If you do,try to stand up for yourself by doing a lot of exercise, it helps you build to self-confidence, try only eating when you are hungry.If you feel bored or sad try doing something that would keep you busy like painting e.t.c.If you are really craving for a snack, try eating an apple or carrot e.t.c. Drink a lot of water instead of soft drinks. Give you self a lot of motivation & determination,you will lose weight & have a stronger self-esteem.
