i need help! please anyone out there who knows things that really work for weight loss, please reply to this bulletin! please i am 198 bs and im only 12, my mom, aunt and 50 yr old grandma are all smaller then me and this is really embarrasing! so anyone out there if you could help me i would be the happiest i've ever been!thank you and god blessHave a safe holiday!

i weigh 120 and i am going into 8th gr and how i do it is excersize everyday don't snack and eat 3 meals a day
drink water or diet pop and there you go

If I were you, I would try the south beach diet. It really worked for me. I weighed 200 lbs. I am done to 157 lbs Try it!

I have the same problem. I weigh 207 lbs. I am only 12 yrs old. I have tried everything. I need help as well. Keep trying! Don't give up.

the first thing you need to remember is that it is going to take time. First of all you nees to make sure you have a decent amount of excersise. Next you need to eat three health meals a day. And you can have health snacks which could be an apple, yogurts, and you should try to cut as much junkfood out of your diet as possible and drink at least 7-8 glasses of water a day

to help you loose weight you should only eat 3 regular size meals a day and for snacks in between eat fruits and veggies and instead of drinking pop or juice drink only water. Also you need to exercise dialy by doing 50 situps every day,50 leglifts every day,and go up and down the stairs 10 times evry day (1 time up and down counts as 1)

you should get more exercize and eat less.instead of candy have lowfat yogurt.dont forget to drink more water.
