Ht. 5'4", Start: 135 lb, Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 110 lb - I am very frustrated! It is so hard for me to lose weight. I want to be at most 110 pounds, maybe even 100 flat, but it's very hard. I keep a food journal, I count calories, I exercise at least 30 minutes every day, I am on the soccer team, the swim team, and I eat fairly healthy. WHY AREN'T I LOSING WEIGHT??? All of my friends are stick thin and I can't go shopping with them because I am embarrassed. I had a crush on a boy but nobody has ever liked me, and it makes me sad. PLEASE HELP AND GIVE ME TIPS!
