Ht. 5'4", Start: 189 lb, Today: 189 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Hello,
Every day to get to class I have to walk up 3 flights of stairs and by the time I get up I'm sweating, huffing and puffing and have to stop several times. I'm always late for class and I'm wondering if I should tell a teacher and ask to use the elevator or keep walking up the stairs. Another question is that at my school we have swimming once a week and I'm very embarrassed about having to were a bathing suit. I also change in the bathroom because I don't want anyone to see my massive gut and also because I have a hard time getting into my bathing suit and getting out, witch makes me late to come out and every one stares at me. Please send your advice.

I can relate to your story scince I'm 5 feet and way 324 pounds. First I would tell your favorit teacher in private. It may be a bit enbarsing but it's not okay to be late for class. I have the same issue and I told them that I hade a weight issue and it worked out fine. I still try to go down the stairs when its not to go to class. Next put your bathing suite on at home so you only have to take it of. With the starring you have nothing to be embarssed about, just walk tall and show of your curvs. It helps to have a really good friend to walk with you and an even better one to help you out of your bathing suite.
