Also you still are young and part of the fat you will grow into.... You have not had your growth spurt yet... When that happens you will fit into your body better

the same way you would lose any type of weight, you have to burn more calories than you consume. so if you eat 3 meals a day, each meal being about 600 calories each day you would be eating about 1,800 calories so, if you want to lose weight you would have to burn more than that each day, on average you'll burn about 1,300 calories if all you did all day was lie in bed. so, you would have to burn an extra 400 or 500 calories from exercise per day if you wanted to eat about 1,800 calories a day. you can burn calories from the most random of things, like playing an instrument or chewing gum. search up some websites that can tell you how many calories you burn doing almost ANY activity. and if you wanted to eat just 1,600 calories a day you would only have to burn ana extra 300 calories.
