Ht. 5'3", Start: 140 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I'm extreamly depressed and I hate myself for it.Im so sad that I gained so much.i start off weighing a healthy pbut turn o be obeses.what should I do?

Well maybe you should start off with a smaller goal. Like my health teacher told my class it is healthy to lose maximum 2 pounds a week. So set a goal like in 2 weeks I want to lose 3 or 4 pounds. To do this, when you are eating, chew 25 times then swallow. It will take longer to eat because you are thinking about it. After each swallow take a sip or two of water. Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Make yourself a schedule. That way you can see whether you have time to work out or not. Like instead of watching an extra hour of t.v. you could be working out. Also choose a motivation. It helps you stick to your plan. If you feel bored, play a game like Just Dance, take your dog for a walk, or call up some friends to go to the pool. Just remember exercising can be fun and always look on the bright side.

Try to stay positive, even though I know it's hard. If at first you don't succeed try, try again. Trust me this is my third time trying to lose weight and I've gotten so far. You can do it too.
