Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 196 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I am 12 years old and im overweight. I went to the doctor to make sure i didnt have dieibeties (im not sure if thats how u spell it)and thank god i didnt. My doctor told me that i need to get in a program and iu tink he said i need to get some medicine i was just woundering wjat are some ways that i can lose about 10 0r 15 pounds in a month and whats some exersizes i can do and for how long or how many

Do workout videos, eat healthy, and every day do 40 sit-ups and 75 jumping jacks, and about 10 modified pushups! That's my routine, and I've lost 6 punds this month! Good luck! :)

It all boils down to diet and exercise. Eat small portions of all the food groups. Do 30-60 minutes of cardio. Lift weights. It all adds up.
