Ht. 5'1", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey. I need help. this is my first day on my new routine. its about 4 and all ive had to eat is a salad and i was on the treadmill for an hour. if anybody has any tips for me or wants to be my weight loss buddy please reply

You need to eat more. You should have had maybe a yogurt and string cheese and fruit like an apple by then. THAT is unhealthy, which is not good. (AHHH- bviously) So eat a little more but dont over do it! Good luck!
