HI! Does anyone have any succesful trampoline exercises? Please help me!

Start out just to get used to it by jumping in placee and then try turning clockwise as you jump in the same spot. Next try jumping forward and backwards over and over. You can also land on your knees and try to jump back up to your feet as well as putting your feet straight out and landing on your butt and bouncing back to your feet. I've had my trampoline for a week now and that's what i'm doing so far. I'm going to try going from a knee jump to a normal jump to a butt bounce next and then repeat it. There might be books on excercising at the school library but I haven't checked there yet.
