Ht. 5'7", Start: 236 lb, Today: 236 lb, Goal: 150 lb - yeah i have really far 2 go and i havent started but u all inspired me and now i dont feel so alone :) does anyone know how 2 stop the late night cravings!!! i have become a little more comfortable with myself but i still would like 2 lose the xtra poundage
my mom is heavy and my little brother is getting there 2 so im not alone they have just givin up
i also need something 2 help me stay motivated i tried weight watchers and im not good @ sticking 2 stuff

well i do 50 sit up or crunches and 50 jumping jacks

I have the same problem cause it is summer breck and I sneck to the kitchen and eat..... but the first step is eat something healthy...... or just get a glass of water first! After you can tell me how it goes from there! :)!!!!!!! Good luck!
