hey i know how much you want to loose wieght. ive lost 15 pounds in the last month. all you have to do is eat only healthy, low fat, low cal. food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner [i suggest Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine brands.]. and you should probably get outside more if you dont get out much. get involved in sports and other activities. sometimes i go to the YMCA with my mom and i run on the tredmil and swim laps. you'd be surprised how less painful and how much more fun it can be if you're running on a tredmil instead of out in the heat. i hope you take this to a good advantage.
