Ht. 5'4", Start: 163 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hi everyone! Okay, so i have a problem, I am starting to get bored with my workouts. I go on the elliptical and then i do yoga booty ballet (which is fun and worth the price) If anyone has an idea to make the elliptical better please reply!!!!!

If you usually go forwards, go backwards, or the other way around. It helps work different muscles in your legs, just like walking backwards does. Also, crank up the intensity. Not only will this make your workout more effective, but you will feel challenged and empowered. Try reading a magazine, listening to music, or watching some t.v. while you are on the elliptical. As for your yoga botty ballet rut, I am not sure what to do. You can check and see if you have a fitness channel on your t.v. or buy a new DVD. Personally I would check the t.v. first so you don't waste your money. And you canrecord the workout shows on TiVo or on a DVD/ VHS to use later on.
